This contract was to maintain all CONUS FEMA generators for a period of 3 years. Included in the contract was all annuals, run-ups, load banking, and maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scope of this project includes demolition of the walls, ceiling, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and a couple windows. The project was split into three phases due to the hospital needing to keep a portion of the department open at all times. Due to the clinic needing to be kept open this led to Milicon working nights and weekends so that the hospital staff and patients were disturbed as little as possible. The rebuilding of this project was completed to the hospital specs, it involved changing the layout of the clinic, building new walls, installing new plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment. Milicon also replaced and moved windows. The new walls, ceiling\/grid, and flooring was installed per the hospitals specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scope of work was to provide construction services for the new hospital clinic per provided construction documents. Work includes but is not limited to Demolition of Existing Space, Installation of New Walls, Electrical Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, Ceilings, Flooring, Tile Work, install Med Gas System, and Nurse Call Systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scope of this project was to do all the site preparation including utilities, demolition, shielded door, room shielding and installation of a new Varian Linear Accelerator. Work includes, but it\u2019s not limited to:\u00a0 <\/span>Removal of Existing Acoustical Ceiling System, Removal of Existing resilient flooring, Removal and appropriate disposal of existing light fixtures, HVAC equipment, Asbestos abatement as needed, Installation of new standalone Air Handler Unit (AHU), Installation new standalone Chiller Unit and all associated duct work and piping, Installation of new electrical wiring and controls systems for LINAC machine, ceiling art system with LED lighting, Installation of new LED recessed lighting fixtures, Installation of new plumbing requirements. Installation of new countertops, glass at countertop, break-a-way door system, new resilient flooring and base, paint and complete finishes.<\/span><\/p>\n

This project consisted of creating a real-life obstacle training course for a client in an existing courtyard to help new amputees learn how to use their wheelchairs. This was a bid build project that encompassed real word scenarios like going over grass, curbs, bridges, ramps and stairs.<\/p>\n

Perform removal of all equipment, conduit, wiring, piping, building structure. This includes removing and disposing of the boiler. Removing and disposing of the incinerator. Removing all wiring and conduit and disposing. Removing all piping, valves, fittings and disposing. Removing all associated pumps, valves, controllers. Removing any asbestos material and properly disposing. Removing all building structure and disposing. Remove all trash and debris associated with the job and dispose.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Milicon constructed truck bumpers, curbing (as needed), level sump pit (to be able to back in a truck or dumpster) and provided lighting to have area available as possible extension to existing loading dock and provided Design as a design\/build portion of the overall work and design contained the NEPA Assessment Report.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
